Sweet Spot Retail Limited was established in 2018, as a premium dessert café, focusing solely on providing a variety of sweet goods. The brand’s concept is focused on providing a stylish, friendly and vibrant environment, creating an atmosphere of extravagance and indulgence. We intend to serve all types of clients and even cater for events. As well as providing in-store dining space where customers can enjoy freshly prepared waffles, cakes, Brownies, Cookie Dough’s and more, all of our franchises also offer delivery options, expanding their reach over a wider area. With continually developing menus, we have everything for everyone’s taste buds, Sweet Spot has created a successful business model that stands out from other dessert brands, and provides an attractive business opportunity for interested franchisees.

How much does a franchise cost?
Sweet Spot offers a range of different options to start a business with the brand, including a Virtual Kitchen, kiosk, and Café / Restaurant package. All franchisees must pay a initial franchise fee which covers the cost of using the brand logo, training in store and at franchisee location. In addition to this, each franchise package will vary in cost, due to the differences in shop/site construction costs, and the investment required for equipment. The Virtual Kitchen package is the lowest price option, requiring an investment of approximately £20,000- £30,000 in total. A Kiosk package is our medium investment and requires a total investment of £30,000 - £50,000, while to start a Cafe / Restaurant, franchise owners can expect to invest approximately £100,000 - £130,000 in total. All investments are approximate costs as it all depends on size and machinery choices by the franchisee, In addition to the initial investment costs, franchise owners are also required to pay ongoing fees, which include a monthly management fee of 5 per cent and a 1 per cent marketing fee. Both are based on gross turnover.
